Seared scallops on a creamy celeriac and pear puree topped with pancetta and fresh shaved fennel.

Earl grey infused seared duck breasts on a phyllo crust filled with whipped brie cheese, topped with cherry jam.

Third Course:
House made cold smoked fettuccine with a lamb sausage sugo topped with shaved parmesan and fresh mixed herbs.

Grilled ribeye with a burnt forest butter, roasted garlic and feta mashed potatoes, topped with a drizzle of medjool date coulis and micro greens.
