Amuse–Bouche | Seafood Ceviche
Fresh shrimp and bay scallops marinated in lime juice, tossed with diced mango, avocado, tomato, red onion, cilantro, and thinly sliced serrano peppers, served with plantain chips
First Course | Tostones with Mango Salsa
Crispy tostones topped with fresh mango salsa, cotija cheese, and cilantro chimichurri
Blood Orange Mango Paloma with Casamigos Blanco
Second Course | Dos Sopes
