Spanish Wine Dinner at Vintage

Join us for a night of wine tasting, food, and fun. Our guest sommelier will take you through some of our favorite Spanish wines. Enjoy 5 courses of wine perfectly paired with 4 courses of food from Executive Chef John Chisholm.

Wine Dinner Menu:

FIRST COURSE:

Tapas Trio: Pan con tomate y sardine, croquetta de queso, Ibierco jamon canape

Paired with Raventos Blanc de Blanc

SECOND COURSE:

Grilled squid stuffed with paella rice, green olive & bread crumb

Paired with Coto de Gomariz

THIRD COURSE:

Empanada filled with spiced lamb, roasted locally cultivated mushrooms, goat cheese, served with shaved vegetable salad & picada

Paired with Domaines Lupier El Terroir Old Vines Garnacha 2010

FOURTH COURSE:

Charred octopus, chorizo, Asturian white beans, parsley, mojo rojo, roasted garlic

Paired with Bodegas Y Vinedos, Pies Negros

FINAL COURSE:

Charred prime ribeye, patatas bravas, salsa rojo, aioli

Paired with Clos Petitona Priorat
