Join us for our upcoming Bourbon Dinner at Reds at Thousand Oaks featuring Pappy Van Winkle and other specialty bourbons! Enjoy 5 courses of delicious food perfectly paired with a great selection of whiskeys.

Cost to attend is $200 per person + tax & 20% auto gratuity.

Roasted Pumpkin Bisque | creamy roasted pumpkin bisque, grilled scallop, granny smith apple, crispy prosciutto, brown butter

 

Second Course:

Colonel E.H. Taylor Barrel Proof

Duck Confit | maple, bourbon cured duck leg slow roasted in duck fat, foie gras cassoulet

 

Third Course:

George T. Stagg

Smoked Denver Ribs | coffee & cocoa rubbed lamb ribs, smoked over cherrywood, served with aged white cheddar grits & collard greens

 

Dessert:

Van Winkle Special Reserve 12 year

Derby Pots de Crème | decadent milk chocolate & bourbon infused custard, topped with fresh whipped cream & toasted walnuts
