Rush Creek Bistro’s Fall Menu!


Fall is upon us and with the new season, executive Chef Nate Orange wanted to change the menu to reflect the season. Our new menu items:


Three Bean, Beef & Chorizo Chili

Butternut Squash Bisque



Buffalo Chicken Dip- Chicken, Frank’s red hot, blue cheese, celery & tortilla chips $8

Goat Cheese Fondue- Goat cheese, white wine, garlic, shallots, green onion, homemade sweet potato chips $8



Fall Wedge Salad- Baby iceberg, oven roasted tomatoes, grilled corn, bacon, homemade blue cheese dressing $7

Cobb Salad- Mixed greens, cheddar cheese, bacon, blue cheese, cherry tomatoes, sliced egg, grilled chicken, ranch dressing $11

Spinach Salad- Fresh baby spinach, bacon, roasted sweet potatoes, goat cheese, truffled candied red wine vinaigrette $9



Traditional Corned Beef Rueben- Braised corn beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, toasted pumpernickel $10
