RedWater Restaurants are OPEN starting June 8!

We are extremely excited to announce that we will be opening our dining rooms and patios on Monday, June 8th! With some of the largest outdoor dining spaces in the area, our restaurants’ patios are the most ideal environments to enjoy a meal out while comfortably and safely social distancing!


We can’t wait to start enjoying summer like normal, but the health and safety of our guests and team is of the utmost importance, so we would like to inform you of the additional processes that RedWater Restaurants will have in place when we re-open. Below are additional procedures we are taking to remain in accordance with state regulations and to provide safe dining and work environments.


GUEST CHANGES:

  • Masks are required by all diners until they reach their table.
  • Tables in the restaurants and on the patio are spaced 6 feet apart to ensure proper social distance.
  • There are 6 feet lines at the host stands where guests need to stand while waiting to ensure proper social distancing.
  • We are going above and beyond our regular sanitation processes. High touch surfaces are being sanitized hourly, including highchairs and booster seats, door handles, bathroom stall doors and latches, bathroom faucets and counters, host stands, and POS and computer screens.
  • There are sanitize stations in multiple locations around the restaurant and near the bathrooms.
  • All chairs have been removed from the bars.
  • Acrylic guards have been installed at all host stands.

EMPLOYEE PRACTICES:

  • Temperature and symptom checks are being performed at the beginning and end of every shift for our staff. If any staff are sick, they will have time off until they are well.
  • All servers, hosts, and bartenders are required to wear gloves and masks.
  • We will have daily communications with our team to update them with any changes learned from the Center for Disease Control and other entities involved in this health safety crisis.
  • Reusable menus have been replaced with disposable, single-use menus.
  • Silverware will be rolled using single-use gloves.
  • Salt, pepper, and other condiments will no longer be left on the tables. When requested, salt and pepper packs and individual condiment servings will be provided.
  • Garnishes and stir sticks will not be provided with beverages.
  • Wrapped straws will only be provided upon request.
  • Checks will be presented without the use of check presenters, and all pens will be single use or sanitized after use.

Following are some FAQ that may help answer additional questions you have about dining at our restaurants:


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • Will reservations be accepted? All of our RedWater Restaurants will be accepting limited reservations and call ahead seating.
  • Will large groups be allowed in the restaurant? In accordance with the current state regulations, parties are limited to groups of 10 people or less when seated indoors.
  • Are masks required at all times by diners? In order to follow that state regulations, masks are required by all diners until they reach their table. Please be sure to have your mask on when entering the buildings and when moving around the restaurants.
  • Will family-style to-go and carry-out options remain available? Yes! We will continue to offer family-style meals to-go. We will also continue to offer daily to-go specials for carry-out and delivery via Grubhub.
  • What are your hours? We will return to our normal summer hours. The current hours for each of our restaurants can be found on each restaurant’s website.
  • What menus will be available? We will be offering limited menus temporarily but will roll out our full summer menus as soon as possible. You can find each restaurant’s limited menu on the restaurant websites. Keep an eye on your email and follow us on social media for further information about our new summer menus!

Remember, for those who would desire to have food from our restaurants but feel you don’t want to sit in the dining area or on the patios, our menus are available for carry-out and delivery via Grubhub. Family-Style BBQ:

$60 for approximately 4 people

Each family style meal includes:

  • Choice of 2 barbecue entrees: Choose from smoked St. Louis style ribs, smoked pulled chicken, or pulled pork.
  • Choice of Caesar or garden salad.
  • AND choice of 2 large sides: Choose from baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw, pasta salad, cornbread, or mac & cheese.
  • + $4 for additional small 1 lb side / + $8 for additional large 2 lb side
  • Add fresh baked chocolate chip cookies: $6 for a half dozen / $12 for a dozen

Family-Style Boneless Fried Chicken:

4 pieces (serves 2-4 people) $35 (comes with two large sides)
6 pieces (serves 4-6 people) $50 (comes with two large sides)
8 pieces (serves 6-8 people) $65 (comes with three large sides)
